Job Summary
Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to Project Managers, coordinating project documentation control from setup through project closeout. Responsibilities include assisting with permits, insurance, and bonds procurement; coordinating mobilization/demobilization; managing document control and distribution (via internal procedures); maintaining organized filing (including NEST and Bluebeam Studios); processing and tracking submittals, purchases, and subcontracts; setting up projects in project management software; handling preparation of correspondence and various project documents; communicating with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations; and supporting special assignments to improve operational efficiencies. Required skills include MS Word/Excel, familiarity with Bluebeam, attention to detail, adaptability to shifting priorities, and strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School graduate or equivalency (GED) required.
- Two (2) years of administrative support experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with document control processes.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; proficiency with Bluebeam (preferred) or Adobe.
- Knowledge of construction documents and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to develop and foster professional relationships, internally and externally.
