Job Summary
Project Coordinator role supporting project managers by coordinating planning, scheduling, and communications. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, assist in budgeting and resource estimation, and support all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closure. Facilitate communications including project kick-offs, progress updates, milestone reporting, and close-out activities; ensure client expectations and business needs are understood and addressed; monitor performance metrics and provide regular risk, issues, and status reporting. Ensure adherence to organizational standards and governance frameworks. Requires Baseline Security Clearance and 2-4 years’ relevant experience as a Project Coordinator/Office.
