Project Coordinator (UAE National)

Job Summary
Coordinate and manage all aspects of project activities from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives; organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items; liaise with cross-functional teams to gather project information; maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, budgets, and status reports using project management tools; monitor budgets and expenditures with regular updates to stakeholders; identify and resolve obstacles to maintain momentum and delivery timelines; prepare and distribute project status reports highlighting milestones, risks, and achievements; support coordination of project-related events, meetings, and presentations, managing logistics and technical requirements; analyze project data and create clear reports conveying outcomes and business insights; desirable: experience with PowerPoint, budgeting and financial reporting processes, risk management, stakeholder management, and certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or CAPM; background in corporate or professional services environments; experience in multicultural or international settings; familiarity with data visualization techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project support role
- Proficiency with project management tools (such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for data analysis and report preparation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
