Job Summary
Coordinate project startup activities, including collecting contracts, permits, and purchase orders, while creating and maintaining work orders within company operating systems. Prepare daily production reports, load sheets, and work schedules, then enter and review field work tickets to ensure labor, equipment, and customer signatures are accurate. Process employee timecards, resolve payroll discrepancies, and support billing by submitting complete documentation and assisting with change orders. Maintain branch inventory records, coordinate transfers, and respond to customer inquiries as the primary administrative contact. Monitor project status, resource utilization, and operational compliance with DOT requirements, while preparing performance metrics for branch leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, operations support, office management, or a related field
- Experience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced operational environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience with ERP, accounting, project management, payroll, or work order software
- Knowledge of construction, traffic control, pavement marking, or infrastructure operations
