Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a business environment, project coordination, or administrative support role
- Basic knowledge of project management principles
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- A business-focused degree with relevant experience
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
- Experience working with an ERP system (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred but not required)
- Experience with Supplier Diversity Management software
