Job Summary
Project Coordinator responsible for assisting Lead Project Coordinators by coordinating scheduled service projects nationwide for food and beverage equipment. Responsibilities include receiving customer requirements, coordinating projects through the service management system, aligning schedules with ICEE Service Centers and technicians, communicating dates to customers and contractors, tracking shipments of equipment and parts, performing outbound readiness calls, identifying delays, and maintaining periodic status reports for management. Requires strong organization, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel) and excellent communication skills, with a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years in a customer-focused environment.
