Job Summary
Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation for employees and contractors; support project delivery by coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, action items; maintain compliance, documentation, and training matrices; manage SAP administration, purchase requisitions, timesheets, and general project administration; liaise with site teams, engineering, procurement, HSEQ, HR, contractors, and clients; ensure contractor onboarding and compliance documentation; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using SAP and document management systems; exposure to Aconex, InEight, Pegasus, or similar platforms is highly regarded; work across multi-location environments with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
