Job Summary
Project Coordinator for the Systems Reliability Division provides administrative and operational support to coordinate projects and related activities. Core duties include coordinating small to moderate projects, directing activities for project completion, preparing contract drafts and related documents, managing project operations, tracking tasks and variances, monitoring budgets and funds, preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and handling procurement, payroll coordination, vendor communication, and invoice/records management. The role supports internal/external partners, leadership, field staff, HR, fiscal teams, and vendors, and may assist with emergency operations such as lift station call management, alarm dispatching, and storm-activated escalation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-management systems, strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and effective communication are required. Requires a four-year degree and one year of project-management experience (or equivalent), with a sedentary to light-work profile as described.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited four-year degree granting college or university; AND one year of experience managing projects, programs or activities; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted above.
