Job Summary
Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and communications; track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines; support project managers with subcontractor coordination and follow-up; maintain accuracy in project systems (ERP, CRM, document management); organize and distribute plans, RFIs, submittals, and updates; ensure nothing slips through the cracks—ever; serve as the central point of communication across internal teams, vendors, and clients; help create structure and consistency across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction, project coordination, or a fast-paced operational role (preferred but not required for the right person)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving priorities without losing focus
- Comfort with systems, software, and documentation (or willingness to learn quickly)
- A proactive mindset and high level of personal accountability
