Job Summary
Special Projects Coordinator on-site in San Leandro, coordinating wire-project fulfillment from the warehouse floor. Serves as the operational link between Projects Teams, Warehouse, and Transportation; monitors daily progress of wire projects; coordinates cutting schedules, material staging, and workflow sequencing; communicates project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders; verifies accuracy of wire cuts, labeling, packaging, and documentation; collaborates with Transportation to ensure proper scheduling, loading, and dispatch; oversees equipment readiness and material receiving; identifies process gaps and advocates improvements for efficiency and reliability; maintains cross-functional touchpoints and ensures alignment with project specifications and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working on the warehouse floor and interacting with operational staff
- Experience with wire products, cutting operations, or project-based fulfillment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or project tracking tools
- Prior experience in a coordinator or lead role
