Job Summary
Lead and coordinate creative-production projects end-to-end, organizing timelines, deliverables, and team communications. Drive project planning with schedules, trackers, and task lists to align with client goals and internal standards. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among creative, production, and operations teams; monitor progress, flag risks, and ensure materials are QC’d and aligned with creative direction. Maintain project files, notes, documentation, and feedback cycles; support client deliveries and render-tracking workflows with Render Wranglers; assist with project closeout and archiving. Requires strong organizational skills, clear client-facing communication, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of professional experience in project coordination, production management, or operations—ideally within a creative agency, live event production, entertainment, or content studio environment
- Proficiency with project management and communication tools such as Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Frame.io
- Valid driver’s license and comfort handling light production errands or on-site support as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience in project coordination, production management, or operations
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., communications, project management, media, or design) preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience coordinating internal and client communications, scheduling, file sharing, and asset delivery across active projects
- Proficiency with project management and communication tools such as Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Frame.io
- Comfortable working extended hours and weekends during peak production periods
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required
- Experience in creative or production environments is highly preferred
