Job Summary
Project Coordinator to manage post-award project documentation and controls for construction projects. Serve as the central point of CMiC project inputs, submittals management, equipment tracking, and coordination of deliveries. Responsibilities include setting up project information in CMiC after award, maintaining submittal logs, issuing submittal requests, tracking equipment orders, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring documentation quality and compliance. Act as liaison among internal teams, clients, and vendors, drive timely communication, and identify process improvements for document control and submittal workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project administration, document control, or coordination, preferably within the construction or building supply industry
- Proficiency in project management and ERP systems, ideally CMiC; strong Excel and general computer skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with submittals, equipment procurement, or delivery scheduling is highly desirable
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
