Job Summary
Project Controller provides independent oversight of commercial and site activities to ensure governance and adherence to PMO standards, performing audits of contractor billings, variation orders, and claims, coordinating with Design and Construction and Operations to verify site conditions, and delivering governance and compliance assessments with recommendations for improvements. The role emphasizes risk management, documentation review, and periodic reporting on claims validation, site verification findings, and commercial risks for Polaris Phase 1 and Proxima Phase 1 projects. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least five years of relevant experience are required, with priority given to backgrounds in construction audit, contract administration, and project governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction audit, quantity surveying, contract administration, project controls, project governance, engineering, construction management, or related functions
- Experience reviewing contractor claims, variation orders, commercial submissions, and project documentation
- Experience conducting site inspections and validation of completed construction or infrastructure works
- Experience supporting large-scale capital projects, infrastructure developments, construction projects, or data center projects is preferred
