Job Summary
The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting various projects for the Project Management Office (PMO) and collaborating with the Senior Leadership team. Key responsibilities include maintaining project tracking and reporting systems, monitoring project progress, scheduling stakeholder meetings, composing minutes, and coordinating with other departments to ensure project resources are managed effectively. The position requires strong communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and 5 years of experience in a coordination role. Preferred qualifications include CAPM certification and proficiency in project management software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Planning, Business Administration, or other related field
- 5 years’ experience in a high-level coordination role
- Experience working with complex situations
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to collaborate and work well with people at all levels
- Ability to identify creative solutions that address time, budget, quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred
- Experience with MS Project
- Experience with Smartsheet
- Experience with Bluebeam
