Project Coordinator

Keep the team on track with timelines, deadlines, and budgets by following up with project management workflows and communication. Setup project meetings, record minutes, and assist the Project Manager in migrating tasks from client systems to internal ones. Ensure team members have necessary information to complete assigned tasks while helping clear project impediments. Perform Quality Control by re-testing tickets and reviewing project deliverables. This role supports a fast-paced development agency environment where the team constantly updates technology stacks and workflows.
