Job Summary
Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities is hiring a Project Coordinator to manage the daily operations of restoration and reconstruction projects. This role supports Project Managers, coordinates subcontractors, communicates with customers and insurance companies, and helps restore peace of mind to families and businesses. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules for Project Managers, crews, and subcontractors; scheduling materials, deliveries, inspections, and job timelines; maintaining accurate project documentation; coordinating collections and customer follow-up; and providing professional, customer-focused service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and capable of handling multiple projects under pressure. Restoration or construction experience is a plus, and the company offers training for the right attitude and work ethic.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, construction, project coordination, office management, or a similar fast-paced role
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Confidence working with subcontractors, vendors, and insurance professionals
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Restoration or construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic
