Responsibilities include coordinating schedules for project managers, crews, and subcontractors; scheduling materials, deliveries, inspections, and job timelines; communicating with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and insurance companies; assisting with project organization, progress tracking, and documentation; coordinating collections and customer follow-up; handling phone inquiries with professional customer service; prioritizing multiple projects and resolving scheduling conflicts under pressure. Requires strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; restoration/construction experience is a plus and training is available for the right candidate.
