Project Coordinator

Coordinate project logistics from initiation through completion by acting as the liaison between sales, technical, purchasing, and accounts teams. Manage equipment delivery timelines, prepare items for shipment, and maintain organized documentation including invoices, orders, service agreements, and approvals to facilitate payments. Compile instruction manuals for system testing and usage, and finalize handover documents to customers after project closure. Ensure accurate customer billing and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed. Requires a Higher Nitec qualification and experience with CCTV or extra low voltage systems.
