Job Summary
Coordinate administrative tasks for project managers and teams, including ordering equipment, managing deadlines, scheduling meetings, and tracking materials, daily reports, and costs. Monitor expenses, implement cost-saving actions, and manage change-orders, vendor tracking, and client billing while preparing bid documentation and supporting bid reviews. Resolve operational problems, identify process improvements, and maintain work standards through field updates and educational participation. Accept ownership of new requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator role or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Reasoning ability, including problem-solving and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office and Outlook Email
- Time Management and project management skills
- Travel requirements to job sites as needed
- Must be able to maintain a valid driver's license if traveling
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary for business needs
- Associates or bachelor's preferred, not required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in construction is a plus
