Job Summary
Support the production of marketing programs by assisting with proofs, billing internal teams, and ensuring accurate, timely approvals for scheduled campaigns. Collaborate closely with a Project Manager, production teams, and business leaders to meet specific project needs while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy. Execute administrative behind-the-scenes support for marketing operations, including reading technical procedures, writing professional correspondence, and assembling presentations. Work within a collaborative, cross-functional environment to help execute marketing campaigns across various elements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, procedure manuals, government regulations, written instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write professional correspondence and present information and respond to questions from managers and internal partners
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be available for 3-4 days per week in the office in West Chicago
Desired Qualifications
- Prior data entry experience
- Prior experience assembling presentations
- Prior experience working in a collaborative environment with other cross-functional teams
- Prior customer service experience
