Job Summary
Support marketing program production by assisting with proofs, billing internal teams, and ensuring accurate, timely approvals for scheduled campaigns. Collaborate closely with project managers, production teams, and business leaders to meet specific project needs while maintaining high attention to detail. Execute administrative behind-the-scenes support for marketing campaigns, including data entry, presentation assembly, and professional correspondence. This entry-level role provides exposure to marketing operations and processes within a fast-paced environment, requiring full-time work authorization in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, procedure manuals, government regulations, written instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write professional correspondence and present information and respond to questions from managers and internal partners
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors
- Work authorization in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
