Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and manage customer orders and production workflows from entry through delivery and billing. Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand, capacity, and timelines while tracking order progress to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Review and process orders for accuracy in pricing and terms, then coordinate closely with production, sales, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and identify bottlenecks. Serve as the central point of communication between departments, providing timely updates on order status and risks. Generate operational reports, support inventory reconciliation, and contribute to process improvements focused on efficiency and throughput. This role requires 2–5 years of operations experience, proficiency in ERP systems, and is based in-office in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, production planning, or manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong operational mindset with focus on process efficiency and execution
- Advanced organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, sales, and leadership teams
- Self-starter with strong accountability and follow-through
Desired Qualifications
- College diploma or coursework in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience in packaging or consumer goods industry is strongly preferred
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools is a plus
- Spanish is a plus
