Job Summary
Support the planning, coordinating and delivery of pre-production and post-production for live events and client communications. Key duties include project administration (POs, timesheets, venue liaison, crew bookings, travel arrangements, and archiving), ensuring schedules are met, maintaining project documentation, and applying Strata’s quality processes. Contribute to creative delivery and research for entertainment collateral, while upholding health and safety standards and delivering excellent client service. The role involves site visits, vendor liaison, and post-event reconciliation, with a willingness to travel and operate in a hybrid London/Brackley environment.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
