Job Summary
Coordinate activities for peer-to-peer fundraising events and initiatives to meet revenue goals and donor metrics. Engage patient families and employees to increase engagement and giving, while responding to inquiries and maintaining donor records. Develop donor-facing materials, manage complex assignments including gift handling, and serve as a liaison for cross-team activities and Center-wide events. Track progress, prepare reports, and assist in analyzing revenue projections to support program strategies. Ensure expenditures align with guidelines and regulations while coordinating cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts. This hybrid role requires a minimum two days per week at the South Lake Union campus, with some travel and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three years post-master's or five years-post bachelor's project coordination experience

- Familiarity with peer-to-peer fundraising and donor engagement methodologies
- Experience building working relationships with external partners
- Proven ability to engage individuals on the phone, by email, and in person
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly developed organizational and information management skills
- Strong attention to a high level of detail and quality of work
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a complex organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a CRM, Raiser's Edge/RENXT, or related fundraising software
- Experience with Smartsheet and/or other project management software such as Asana or Microsoft Project
- Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information
