Job Summary
Coordinate activities for peer-to-peer fundraising events and initiatives to meet revenue goals and donor metrics. Identify and engage patient families and employees as grassroots donors, while responding to inquiries and maintaining donor records. Develop and refine donor-facing materials, track program progress, and prepare reports on revenue projections and strategies. Serve as a liaison for cross-team activities and Center-wide events, ensuring projects align with annual goals and operational guidelines. Assist in analysis of program strategies and handle complex assignments related to gifts and expenditures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three years post-master's or five years-post bachelor's project coordination experience
- Some travel and weekend and evening work
- Minimum two days per week at our South Lake Union campus
- A cover letter
- Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with peer-to-peer fundraising and donor engagement methodologies
- Experience building working relationships with external partners
- Proven ability to engage individuals on the phone, by email, and in person
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly developed organizational and information management skills
- Strong attention to a high level of detail and quality of work
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a complex organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a CRM, Raiser's Edge/RENXT, or related fundraising software
- Experience with Smartsheet and/or other project management software such as Asana or Microsoft Project
