Job Summary
Coordinate administrative functions for assigned active jobs by monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and collections while ensuring deadlines are met. Facilitate correspondence between clients, insurance providers, and third-party administrators, handle carrier documentation, and assist in invoicing and payment collection. Distribute work orders to subcontractors, manage job documentation flow, and assist with intake of new jobs and scheduling between property owners and project managers. Work directly with assigned project managers while adhering to insurance and TPA guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of office technology, especially Microsoft 365
- Knowledgeable about file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Detail-oriented
- Customer service oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to systematize efficient work procedures
- Ability to analyze and prioritize

Desired Qualifications
- Restoration industry experience
- Knowledgeable about Xactanalysis, Alacrity, Contractor Connection and other Third-Party Administrators
