Job Summary
Intake new losses, send notifications to insurance agents, and update project documentation in RMS and Xactanalysis. Facilitate weekly Work In Progress meetings, monitor project schedules, and confirm Project Managers have contacted adjusters. Create electronic contracts, invoice projects per contract terms, and assist with collections. Address customer inquiries with urgency, alert management to potential risks, and obtain building permits as required. Follow through on project close-out activities, archive files, and assist the Operations team as needed. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Based in the Janesville office, this role supports the Property Restoration team serving South-Central Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and insurable motor vehicle record
- Proficient software skills using Windows, Office, and web browsers
- Ability to learn new apps and software quickly
- Clear, proactive communication in written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of mitigation, construction, and contents job activities
- Ability to interact with interested parties with utmost professionalism and collaborative spirit
- High degree of urgency in serving internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently and efficiently as a reliable team member in a deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt schedule to changing priorities
