Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate equipment design and layout projects across customers, dealers, and internal teams; develop 2D/3D layouts in AutoCAD; capture site measurements with Leica 3D scanning; perform sizing calculations and ROI/payback analysis in Excel; prepare project quotations, installation drawings, and technical documentation; support pre-sale and post-sale technical requests from customers and dealers; collaborate with Product Design Engineers on new or modified equipment solutions; deliver project presentations and reports as needed.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or Design Drafting Associate with relevant experience)
- 0-2 years of experience with AutoCAD (2D/3D) and mechanical design
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
