Job Summary
Project Coordinator for construction projects: coordinate project data and administrative tasks, manage bid files, ERP setup, pre-qualification questionnaires, and change orders, and assist with invoicing and reporting. Track labor, equipment, and costs; maintain diverse data such as safety data and KPIs; collaborate with field teams, management, and clients to ensure on-time delivery. Support preparation and reporting of accruals, safety plans, lien notices/waivers, and billing validation. Ensure data integrity across platforms and assist project controls in presenting project and financial data for resource meetings.
