Job Summary
Project Coordinator within the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development (OFALD) supports oversight of faculty employment actions, processes contracts (issuing/renewing), pre- and post-employment activities, and verification of doctoral degrees. Develops administrative processes for programs using continuous quality improvement; collaborates with Faculty Compensation, Provost/Dean offices, Legal, and administrative leaders; coordinates projects and ensures timely, high-quality outcomes; prepares reports and presentations; fosters teamwork across MCW entities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with institutional policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and time management
- Ability to manage confidentiality and sensitivity in handling faculty employment actions
- Knowledge of compliance with institutional policies
- Contract administration experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and attention to detail
