Job Summary
Project Coordinator / Office Administrator to support sales and administrative team at Sound Ideas Media Design in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities include answering phones and assisting customers, supporting sales throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating project documentation and order tracking, maintaining customer, vendor, and project records, tracking inventory, staging, and project progress, assisting with scheduling clients for service, assisting with technician scheduling and project closeout activities, managing office supplies and general office administration, and supporting marketing, events, and special projects as needed, plus assisting with managing and updating remote support services. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience in administrative, customer service, or project coordination roles; QuickBooks or construction/technology industry experience is a plus.
