Job Summary
Coordinate projects and support sales and administrative teams for a leading smart home and technology integration company in Fort Worth. Responsibilities include answering phones and assisting customers, supporting the project lifecycle, coordinating project documentation and order tracking, maintaining customer/vendor/project records, tracking inventory and project progress, assisting with scheduling clients for service and technician scheduling and project closeout activities, managing office supplies and general administration, and supporting marketing, events, and remote support services. This role requires a dependable, detail-oriented team player who can multitask and communicate effectively, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks or industry experience is a plus.
