Job Summary
Coordinate major projects by organizing components with internal and external parties to initiate, run, and conclude activities. Gather, collect, and analyze data for research projects while facilitating administrative processes for recruiting, on-boarding, and maintaining master meeting schedules. Develop project schedules, track purchase requisitions and reimbursements, and prepare grant applications and fundraising proposals. Independently generate status reports, outline agendas, and compose memos following Medical Center policies. Assist in recruiting clerical staff and review workflows to improve efficiency. Organize conference logistics, coordinate special events, and manage budgets. Reports to a Manager or Director under general supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in business administration, health care administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiar with Internet applications
- Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
- Time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to Project/Program manage
- Ability to multi task while paying attention to details
- Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
