Job Summary
Provide non-routine administrative assistance and serve as an organizational authority for NISSC II operations, maintenance, and sustainment. Develop and implement timely functions including scheduling material and man-hours, while monitoring daily meetings and taking notes on classified communications impacting work orders. Prioritize Cyber Information Planning Systems activity levels, review electronic requests, draft technical solutions, and track material orders to create purchase orders. Ensure necessary information is available for various teams and leadership to enable execution of ITW/AA and space support contract objectives. Work onsite at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station, Colorado, with up to 10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years or more of directly related experience
- 4 years or more of directly years of work history
- Experience with requirement software tools, plans, schedules, and coordination of detailed phases of work through the selection and adaptation or modification of techniques, procedures, and criteria
- Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in network communications processes and technologies
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Solid organizational skills include attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Good oral/written communication skills and analytical capabilities
- Project Management related BS/BA
- Entry-level Project Management Certification (CAPM) certification
- Familiarity with Project Management on legacy transport/network systems
