Job Summary
Project Integrator/Resource Coordinator within the PMO to ensure staffing needs are met, coordinate candidate interviews, manage the interview/acceptance process, deliver CDRLs, and provide program status reporting. Responsibilities include staffing liaison with PMO, Functional Leads, subcontractors, and Talent Acquisition; maintaining current position descriptions; delivering weekly/monthly/quarterly status updates; and creating reporting templates for PMO and customer COTR. Requires strong communication, MS Office expertise, familiarity with Excel, Confluence, and HIVE, and experience with ATS and the hiring process. TS/SCI w/ Polygraph is required Day 1. Required Qualifications
- Review and understand job description and qualifications from the SOW.
- Arrange interviews by coordinating candidate interview schedules; shared with PMO and Functional Leads.
- Manage candidates through interview/acceptance process.
- Liaise with PMO, Functional Leads and Talent Acquisition to overcome recruitment challenges.
- Collaborate with Functional Leads to ensure current position descriptions.
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly status updates and ad hoc program reports.
- Attend weekly staffing meetings to discuss status of positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excel; analytical skills.
- Ability to use collaboration tools: HIVE and Confluence.
- Ability to create and deliver reporting templates to PMO and customer COTR; drafting and delivering CDRLs is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking software and knowledge of corporate staffing/hiring processes.
- Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to mitigate process/procedural challenges.
