Job Summary
Project Coordinator role supporting Ontario Line construction in Toronto, overseeing scheduling, procurement coordination, document control, quality assurance, and project reporting for overnight shifts (6:00 PM–4:00 AM EDT). Responsibilities include reviewing drawings/specifications, generating procurement lists, RFIs, Change Orders, Permitting, traffic/land information, ensuring timely material delivery, maintaining quality records, and providing data/input for month-end reconciliation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) and 2–3 years in civil construction coordination or similar. Proficient in MS Excel/Word; strong communication; adaptable to flexible schedules; ability to work with a team.
