Job Summary
Project Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute projects from kickoff through completion. Coordinate tasks, create and maintain schedules, manage documentation (including purchase orders, budgets, payroll, and contracts), take meeting minutes, and track action items. Support the marketing intake process by gathering requirements and organizing incoming requests, helping prioritize work to support advisors and day-to-day decision-making. Work closely with the project manager to ensure objectives and deadlines are met, and maintain clear communication among stakeholders and project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
