Project Coordinator - National Sign Accounts

Job Summary
Coordinate project setup, tracking, and cross-functional collaboration for national sign accounts. Build and organize project files from day one with clear timelines and workflows; maintain real-time tracking across deliverables and milestones; support branding execution across retail, sports, entertainment, petroleum, automotive, finance, hospitality and other markets; ensure brand standards from concept to install; act as the operational hub connecting Design, Production, Purchasing, and Installation teams; organize meetings, build agendas, capture key takeaways, and drive follow-ups; identify gaps and standardize how projects move through the lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support (construction, manufacturing, or engineering preferred)
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, Smartsheet, or similar tracking tools
- Experience managing documentation, timelines, and project workflows
