Project Coordinator - Municipal Water Infrastructure

Job Summary
Coordinate project delivery by maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and managing documentation between field and office teams. Support project controls and reporting through cost tracking, forecasting, and preparing updates for client reviews. Manage drawings, RFIs, and change orders while maintaining HSE and quality standards. Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure projects meet safety, schedule, and budget targets. This role requires a 3-5 year background in civil or infrastructure construction, proficiency in construction management software, and on-site availability.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience supporting civil, infrastructure, earthworks, utilities, transportation, industrial, or heavy construction projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
- Understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, contract administration, drawings and specifications, quantity tracking, and change management processes
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
