Project Coordinator (Municipal Infrastructure)

Project Coordinator for Municipal Infrastructure (Water, Wastewater, Bridges, etc.) at Chandos. Responsible for organizing and controlling project activities under the direction of a Project Manager; manage project documentation (minutes, Change Orders, site instructions, shop drawings, drawing log, progress claims, field notices, LEED/sustainability requirements); set up and maintain cost and status reports; maintain logs (RFI, vendor/subcontractor, purchase, Owner); assist in meetings and invoicing; handle payroll, timekeeping, labor and equipment coding, purchase ordering, and safety reporting; review plans for compliance with codes and regulations; travel to project sites as required. Requires two+ years of project-coordinator experience with a general contractor, a construction-related technical diploma (or equivalent), reading blueprints and field drawings, and strong MS Office/Bluebeam skills. Knowledge of construction trades, safety, and regulatory compliance, plus ability to travel.
