Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee multi-disciplinary capital and operational projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. Support the Project Manager through all project phases from initiation to close-out, with strong emphasis on field execution, safety, regulatory compliance (cGMP/cGLP/cGCP), and cross-functional communication. Responsibilities include planning, cost estimation, bidding, scheduling, safety metrics, and cash flow tracking; overseeing contractors and external A&E coordination for drawings, specifications, and deliverables; preparation of cost estimates, bid packages, and project documentation; and promoting a proactive safety culture across all project activities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Engineering or related technical field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Foreman, or similar role
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing
- Working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience supporting construction, facilities, or capital projects within a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
