Job Summary

Project Coordinator for M&A function to organize and track deal activity across multiple workstreams. Responsible for maintaining integrated project plans and trackers, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, managing the data room, coordinating due diligence logistics, and tracking action items across internal teams and external advisors. Acts as a central point of contact for cross-functional partners (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations) and external advisors; handles confidential information; supports Day 1 and Day 100 milestones; prepares presentations and dashboards; ensures document control and information security; and contributes to process improvements and efficiency of the M&A coordination function.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in project coordination, project management support, executive administration, or a comparable role; exposure to M&A, corporate development, finance, or professional services is strongly preferred.
