Project Coordinator (Mission Critical/Data Center)

Job Summary
Coordinate with project teams throughout the proposal process and project lifecycle to ensure deadlines are met and reviews completed; support the project manager with internal communications, maintain project calendars and document storage; assist in scheduling meetings, design reviews, and project kick-offs; review financial reports and communicate issues; create and maintain Smart Sheets; assist with invoices and payments; ensure internal compliance; process RFIs, submittals, and responses; assist in editing specifications and preparing materials for project pursuit; assist in processing contracts and sub-consultant contracts; attend meetings and distribute notes; assist in generating financial management reports and tracking scope changes; create and maintain project documents within the standard directory structure; strong proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and cloud-based file sharing platforms.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 5+ years experience
- Deadline oriented, ability to track and maintain and meet multiple concurrent deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written communication and problem solving skills
- MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and others
- Familiarity with Bluebeam is an advantage
- Familiarity with Smartsheet is an advantage
- Working knowledge of cloud-based file sharing platforms such as, SharePoint, ShareFile, Newforma, Dropbox, Box, etc. is an advantage
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Self-motivated and flexible to take on new tasks and assist teams
- Strong willingness & eager to learn
