Job Summary
Project Coordinator to support engineering, inspection, and construction materials testing operations. Responsibilities include coordinating project documentation, reports, and scheduling; supporting project managers and engineers with administrative tasks; tracking inspections, testing reports, and deliverables; maintaining organized project records; coordinating communication between field staff, clients, and management; and assisting with proposal preparation, project tracking, and invoicing support.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction, engineering, or consulting environments preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
