Job Summary
Project Coordinator for HR Diagnostics at McLean & Company will lead the launch and delivery of HR surveys (Employee Engagement, New Hire, Exit, Management & Governance), run client scoping calls, build/test surveys, and manage delivery using proprietary survey software while ensuring QA/quality control and high client service. The role emphasizes driving measurable value through survey results, maintaining process improvements, and fostering relationships with HR leaders. Experience with survey software, Salesforce, agile project management, and HR exposure are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- Undergraduate degree
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
