Job Summary
Coordinate traffic signal and street lighting modification projects by liaising with municipalities, contractors, and supervisors. Manage project schedules, issue purchase orders and subcontracts, and conduct site visits to ensure operations adhere to quality standards. Support field personnel with safety deliverables, permits, and documentation while maintaining open communication with clients, vendors, and inspectors. Prepare and disseminate reports, attend staffing and progress meetings, and assure subcontractors meet project requirements. This full-time salaried role in Rocky View County, Alberta, reports to the General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years' experience as a project coordinator in the electrical or civil construction industry
- Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract

- Prior experience in the electrical industry
- Extensive experience and competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Adobe PDF)
- Excellent organization, time management and negotiation skills
- Strong job costing and change management experience
- Dedicated, committed and safety conscious
- Excellent communication skills
- General knowledge of highway infrastructure
- Experience with Accubid, SiteDocs and Fieldwire
