Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day event organisation and delivery for a busy project team. Provide full administrative support, conduct client briefing meetings, obtain third-party costings, and produce site schedules and project-related documentation. Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, support on-site delivery internationally, and contribute to exhibition stand/booth delivery. Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and project management software; opportunities to travel internationally as projects require. Located in the South Manchester area with hybrid working options onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience of using project management software
- Background in a similar project support role within an events company/agency
- Some involvement in exhibition stands/booth delivery
- ability to travel internationally
