Job Summary

Provide daily administrative assistance to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation. Organize, update, and manage client reports, trackers, and dashboards to ensure documents are accessible for all stakeholders. Act as the key point of contact between the project team, contractors, and client to communicate progress, changes, and challenges. Assist in coordinating project tasks, tracking deadlines, and managing the project schedule while monitoring budgets, purchase orders, and vendor contracts. Liaise with Linesight central support to coordinate deliveries, personnel onboarding, and logistics. Maintain a log of project issues, risks, and change requests to ensure prompt follow-up by appropriate teams. Support the project team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards by compiling safety documentation.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Data Centre project coordination or support
