Job Summary
Provide administrative, clerical, and client/subtrade liaison support to the Project Management and Estimating Teams. Establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients while managing public relations duties. Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet, and Procore to oversee construction drawings, specifications, and required standards. Maintain a basic understanding of construction sequences and BIM/VDC services. This role is based in the Victoria office with a salary band of $70,511 - $105,766 annually. Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline/equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years' experience in Construction
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards
- Basic understanding of construction sequences
- Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet and Procore
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of BIM/VDC services, standards, implementation and practice is an asset
