Job Summary
Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects with organized, detail-oriented execution. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation; tracking milestones and deliverables; coordinating meetings, agendas, and notes; providing weekly status updates to stakeholders and clients; managing dashboards and workflows (Monday.com); supporting resource planning and procurement; flagging scope changes for internal review; and supporting UAT and project closeout. Must excel in communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination; experience with Microsoft Office and Monday.com is preferred; PMP or similar certification is a plus. Ability to manage 6-8 projects concurrently; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
